5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription options and pricing are listed on breachwire.io and may change prior to purchase.

5.2 Billing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. By starting a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5.5 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access
• copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data without explicit permission
• redistribute or resell the Content
• submit false, misleading, or harmful information
• use the Service for unlawful purposes

Violation of these restrictions may lead to immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

13. Termination

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Cologne (Köln), Germany.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
